May 20, 2008 - Senator Greenleaf joins students and family members at Archbishop Wood School in Bucks County for the presentation of a $20,000 Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program grant to offset tuition costs.

While at SCI Chester, Senator Greenleaf, Secretary of Corrections Dr. Jeffrey Beard, and Prison Superintendant John Thomas visit a class of inmates enrolled in the State Intermediate Punishment Program (SIPP), a state-run rehabilitation program for inmates addicted to drugs and alcohol.

On April 7, 2008, Senator Greenleaf was joined by members of the American Cancer Society’s Colleges Against Cancer for a rally at the state capitol to speak about the dangers of secondhand tobacco smoke and to advocate for a smoke-free indoor air law.

Senator Greenleaf welcomed residents of Southampton Estates to the Capitol on June 19th, 2007. The visit was part of a day-long trip to Harrisburg and included a tour of the Capitol and the Senate Chamber.

April 26, 2007 - Senator Greenleaf presents a facsimile of a Department of Community and Economic grant that he sponsored to Nick Skull and other members of The Friends of Nathaniel Boileau Farmstead, Inc. The $5,000 grant will be applied to the preservation of the buildings on the farm, which was purchased by Upper Moreland Twp. in 2002 through the Montgomery County Open Space Program. The group plans to reuse the buildings for educational purposes.
