Senator Stewart Greenleaf, sponsor of the state’s clean-indoor air bill, addressed a large group of students from around the state at the April 25th, 2007 Youth Quest Rally: Pennsylvania's Campaign for a Tobacco-Free Environment that took place at the Capitol steps in Harrisburg.
