While at SCI Chester, Senator Greenleaf, Secretary of Corrections Dr. Jeffrey Beard, and Prison Superintendent John Thomas visit a class of inmates enrolled in the State Intermediate Punishment Program (SIPP), a state-run rehabilitation program for inmates addicted to drugs and alcohol.
