Senate Judiciary Committee to Hold Public Hearing on Behavioral Health Treatment Courts

HARRISBURG—State Senator Stewart J. Greenleaf (R-12), Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, announced today that the Senate Judiciary Committee will hold an informational public hearing on Behavioral Health Treatment Courts on Monday, November 19, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in Hearing Room 1 of the North Office Building, Harrisburg, PA 17102. 

The informational hearing will include presentations and a discussion on the operation and benefits of drug and mental health treatment courts and possible legislation. 

Members of the media are encouraged to attend.
